But there's a little guide I will say here and put you through but I will collect 5k from each interested persons cos I'm done with anything free.

They are trained scammers. Nothing you do moves them. Don't bother with their support mail, it is not functioning..They deliberately made themselves inaccessible. Their support staff are untrained dummies that have no idea of why they're employed.
Many people don't know this but Okash are fraudsters.
I had an issue with their app in which there was no means to remove an inactive account I had on it. When a loan I took was disbursed, I didn't check and it went straight into that account. That very day I contacted them. They said I should contact my bank. I contacted the bank who accepted that the funds were with them but I should tell Okash to write a mail for a recall since the loan came directly from them. For one whole month Okash did nothing and in-between I called them EVERYDAY, reminding them that the due date will soon lapse that they should pls write my bank . They kept tossing me from one customer care to another. Each time I have to narrate the same problem. That makes it roughly 25-28 times that month that I called and narrated the problem. One of them said I shouldn't worry about the due date, they are aware and working on it
Oh boy! Few days to the due date, they started calling roughly 4 times a day, after the due date it hyped to 5 or six times both robotic and human calls asking me why I haven't paid my loan. Everyday same narrative, different people. My enemy suffered. I had to change my ringing tone after the whole incidence because I was traumatized. Overdue charges kept mounting. I had to borrow to repay both loan and overdue and got an official of the bank to resolve the refund into my account by divine intervention. I asked for a refund of the overdue charges and they denied telling me they will refund.
And guess what, from that month June till now August, I keep getting at least two calls a day from them asking me to get a loan offer. Why is no one doing anything about organizations like this?
They are very useless, they are not fit to be categorized as money lenders. I wish they're could be a better forum to report them and have them banned for life
