It's pointless to mention more names but I've done checkout worth thousands of dollars for these guys and we followed the same process everytime.

I have to confirm a checkout is going to work before asking you to send money. It's of no use asking you to send money first before checking what you want to do. I don't have the energy to fund and refund cos there's a simpler approach that we could have taken.
