Luckily or unluckily, the life span in most African countries is around 50 years old, and there are too much tribulations in this short period of time , that, African people don't know the feeling of being old, really old, or how to enjoy the senile age, with some young lovers.

in Japan, 15% of the population are older than 60 years old. sex of old people has already been put on agenda decades ago. Japanese encourage old people to keep having sex with each other, or with any one who loves them.

in other lesser developed countries, like EU and US, people over there, still facing this issue, due to their large number of old people and more large number of those who love old people.

some young gay men or women , who love old men, will seduce the latter to have sex with them, but sometimes tragedies happen, the old men die of a heart attack in the sex.

do you have a father over 60 years old ? do you know how to give him care , especially after your mother is gone ? and do you ever think of that, what if there are some young people , who are Gerontophilia? will you call a 18 year old girl "mother" ?
