Let's do this simple arithmetic
My asking price, 105k. Good
According to you, a used PS4 sells at 85-95k. Good
You might not know but a hacked ps4 pkg game (FIFA, PES and the likes) retails at 1k per installation
10 games =10k
Now remove that 10k from my 105k asking price = 95k which is still within your estimation.
