The way forward is anyone of the below 1. Withdraw the appeal at the SC and go and challenge the case of Bala at the FHC and prove that he legitimately resigned and that Okey Nwosu was legally competent to have handed over to David Mark and that it was in line with their party's constitution. 2. Revert back to status quo ante bellum as the CA has directed. Meaning handing over back to Okey Nwosu and other executives return to their previous posts. 3. Appeal to Bala to withdraw the suit completely. The 3rd is the best way out, but with the look of things, some powerful interests have hijacked the guy and he is not going to back down. Therefore, the only way out is to look for a new party to adopt because there are still 2 other cases before the court by other ADC members against Atiku and co

Who are the lawyers the ADC is using? It is legally wrong to file a stay of execution in an interlocutory appeal because there is nothing to stay since the substantive case is still before the FHC. Secondly, the stay of execution ought to have been filed at the Court of Appeal in the first instance, not the SC. It is only when the Court of Appeal refused it that you can proceed to the SC. So if they had taken all these steps, why were they lying against Tinubu and APC, especially that one called Peter? P.Obi is a fair-weather politician and highly unpredictable and unstable. He is not known for stability with any party. He is more or less a container politician. He should have joined the APC and contested for the Senate, then dragged the SP seat with Akpabio. I strongly believe Tinubu would have compensated the entire east through Obi by giving them the SP seat.

Atiku and others already have their game plan. They just want to use Obi to get votes from the East and discard him thereafter. They can never give Obi the now-defunct ADC ticket, because Obi can never defeat Tinubu even in Anambra. This is not 2023. Atiku and Obi will have some handful of votes but cannot win.

Your eyes go soon clear. Instead of you to form your own party, you went to hijack another man's party and make David Mark and Aregbesola illegal leaders. With the look of things, I don't think there is any need of any presidential election. INEC should just announce Tinubu next week and swear him in immediately to save our time and resources because apparently, he is not going to contest against anybody.

He has no choice than to defect to the Almighty APC now that the ADC has been dealt with a massive blow. I just pity Kwankwaso and Gawuna who jumped into a sinking ship. Bala Mohammed has always been associated with defection into APC as a survival strategy.
