you are very right,as far back as 2013-2015,buses playing berger-mowe- ibafo all run on CNG,there is a filling station along that road that sells and converts petrol fuelled cars to CNG

It's supposed to be only Road Worthiness but now so many things. If it is even only car documents they check, it would have been better.
They can extort you for so many things including a small crack on your windscreen, mirror etc.

you are wrong .it is the job of the VIO to check all papers of your vehicle except custom papers....it is not the job of a police man to ask for your vehicle papers....FRSC are on meant to check yoir papers only on federal roads,it is the job od VIO to check on every other road
