My guy, I am currently at Onitsha (american quaters) and the roads that leads to main market(largest market in west africa) is a complete mess, I even wonder what the hype about obiano is about since he also choose to ignore that roads.
Bikers can't even pass the road cos its totally in. Shambles. My frnd told me that obiano even came to main market and promise to reconstruct the road if elected as governor.

I went to onitsha mall which is under construction and what I saw is not different from the pix I saw last year about it which shows that work is slow.
