This "age of consent" matter is a very unique matter...
First of all, the rate at which body development starts in kids is alarming, before now a girl of 17 years haven't even started having breasts both now it is quite common to see 13 years old girl with full developed hips, boobs , ass etc .
This had made things quite difficult as a man because that "woman" you carried from the club to your house who told you that she's in her 20's might actually be a kid , which brings us to why we have so many cases of statuary rape.
Secondly I don't understand why the age should vary from region to region... Why can't there be a universal "age of consent".
So to be on the safe side , it's better to make sure the girl is 18 before doing whatever you want to do .
