Wizzy89, Have you noticed that a lot of people have turned phone sellers thanks to this thread? I mean there is this guy KullKid or something that is found of pricing items ridiculously... I saw his post last night selling iphone X & XR and i felt happy for him even though i felt i should price his iphone X 32k(LOL). I have come across a lot of guys too... I am really happy with the POSITIVE FEEDBACKS flying around. I wish am not staining the thread with my issue with Perez. You all can see i have had enough patience.... 2 months Plus. I wonder for how long he wants to remain in hiding.

This thread has done more good than harm in ppls lives here irrespective of the few bad eggs in our midst. For Perezuche's case, I hv never had any dealings with him & don't wish to after all the complaints here but I believe anyone who's really close to him should 1st check up on him to know if nothing bad happened & if he's OK then that same friend should talk some sense into him to change his ways & address all pending transactions he may have with his customers. I pray u recover your money bro cus u have been really patient enough & most importantly, for the sake of your starving kids grin

Wizzy89 for president. Thank God Joe17 is at least willing to settle him which i am impressed about. This are people i would actually merge business with even though i think he can do better in the aspect of relating with customers. As for me, I dont / wont let customer drag me. I will just refund in a case like this. If you have the money, please refund him if not please give him a time frame. You BOTH should understand / reason from business perspectives. Eplanet needs his money to do business... Joe17 definitely would have used money to do business. However a deal is a deal.... You need to refund him timely. I think i am used to the Konga & Jumia process... Payment would be debited from your Wallet & your store would / might be suspended / limited if you dont settle with your customers... No one would even listen to you. Eplanet come to think of it, you are even lucky!!!!! Perez decided to run away with my own 221,000.... I beg i am still looking for him ooo. Black Friday is coming.... I need my money to secure deals.... Make una help me find Perez oooo.

Tuale baba mi grin

Baba, I appreciate your wisdom and sense reasoning.
as for his evil wishes, it's upon himself by all means. after all he wished it. he has no stake in my life so those evil wishes are upon him.

That further shows how childish and immature he is.
obviously he need help, no joke.

I feel ur own pain too buh never forget that customer part. He has every right to be angry but u as d seller should not otherwise there won't be a resolution.

There is something you should know. No one eats my sweat and have peace of mind.
Not until you refund me in full, you would keep losing in major ways.

Nothing you do would work.

And this pain you have caused me, you would experience it in a thousand folds.

Bro I feel your pain but pls it doesn't hv to get down to wishing evil for someone all because of a gadget. I for one believe dis will eventually be sorted out amongst u guys so no need for the above statement u made cus u won't be able to take back those words when its sorted.

That being said, Joe17 kindly reach out to Eplanet to meet a mid-point in agreement cus don't forget he's ur customer & has every right to complain if not satisfied (hence, the reason for Help/Complaint Desk in every business/organisation). Also, Eplanet if all claims by Joe17 with proof (Pics & Videos) suggests that he stated all defects with the product & u still decided to take the risk in purchasing it, then u should be more than willing to shift ground & reach an agreement bro.

Just my 2 kobo tho, cus let's be sincere sales on d thread hv drastically reduced & I don't entirely blame it on disputes from buyers & sellers but it's definitely a cause.
