At this point where we know what to expect from our future matches, what's the point of continuing with Maresca as a coach?

Still no. Poch is supposed to have over a decade's worth of top division football experience. He was here for a full year, and no Chelsea fan could identify us with any reasonable way or method of playing.

Maresca had only one full season of Championship football ever; yet has immediately imprinted his style and methods on the team, clear for everyone to understand and see.

The fact that he's contending in the same result zone as Poch, show that tactically and technically, he's miles ahead of Poch. Poch was not treated unfairly abeg.

On top of this, Maresca is a yes man in his own employment, with no absolute power over who stays, who leaves and quite frankly, who he must play because of circumstances of their contract length. Given all the conditions, he's doing fantastically well.

Is he going to make rookie mistakes? Yes. Absolutely!All those yapping are talking out of context. None of your favourite top class managers would work under these conditions, let alone produce results.

Let's dead that matter finally. With Maresca I stand. Give him the tools to work with, and he will do well.
