Sometimes I feel that when depression is a thing among people in a generation, others might tag along with that depression tag to feel among. Please, I'm not trying to downplay anyone's mental health issues especially now that it is an issue that is just being taken seriously now.

I just think that it is okay to be sad at times. And not be depressed all the time. Shit happens to everyone. We just have to deal with it and find ways to make ourselves better and happier.
