happystep: Too many questions at a goal. Start by checking for courses of your choice by exploring https://www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programmes/en/ Choose search filters that will narrow the courses down to your desired field and like. When you have seen the courses open each browser page separately and rad the requirements of each school then narrow it down to what you have at hand as documents or what you can achieve before the application deadline. Then if there be any particular issue concerning a school of your choice bring it up here for discuss.
Uni-assist application is €75 for the first and €30 for subsequent ones. You can read up through their site concerning planning your application. https://www.uni-assist.de Start some where before queries. Good for you as you have TOEFL. happystep: Too many questions at a goal.
