Is there still a ban on importation of clothes? I read up on the banned items and it says 'used clothing' and 'printed fabric'. Can someone verify that importation of new clothes is actually banned and if it is, how come we still see these items in the shops?

Also I can't seem tofind the 'start a new thread button'. This is my first post, any help out there?
