UNDERSTANDING HOW INVERTER WORKS: 1. A power inverter simply transfers/converts your readily available DC power (frm battery, car cigarette lighter point, NEPA, solar system, etc) & turns it into readily usable AC power on d go or at home/office on loads (devices, appliances, etc) u would normally plug into a electrical outlets. 2. D wattage/watts of an inverter determines d no. or extent of loads (electrical items or appliances to power) u can connect on d inverter running. e.g. going by 80% max. power efficiency, a quality, original and real rated 1000w inverter should conveniently run a load of nothing less than 800 watts CONTINUOUSLY day in day out. Non stop. 3. Battery is an electrical storage device. It does nt make electricity, it only stores it: just as water tank stores water for future use. Since, most inverters run frm batteries,, it's therefore d battery AH (e.g. 100Ah, 200Ah, etc) dat determines HOW LONG U CAN RUN OR POWER ANY GIVEN LOAD. e.g. all things being equal, a new and fully charged 100ah battery wl run a 12v fridge rated 5Amp for nothing less than 20hrs b4 d battery drains down to 10.5v. We'll be making series of typical illustrations for better understanding as time goes on. Feel free to also ask us your questions. |

Damolux01:Our inverters are built to work for as long as your battery bank can run. We will need to know d capacity of your 'small' gen. to enable us answer your 2nd question. Thnks sir for your interest in our product. |
vitality22:No sir. But we can direct u where u can get it if we know your location. Thnks for your interest in our. |

D wattage/watts of an inverter determines d no. or extent of loads (electrical items or appliances to power) u can connect on d inverter running. e.g.going by 80% max. power efficiency, a quality, original and real rated 1500w inverter should conveniently run a load of nothing less than 1200 watts CONTINUOUSLY day in day out. 3. So to your questions: colossus2:Wt d understanding of d terms explained above, dis question would hv bn ''will d inverter power TV, fridge & bulbs on a go?'' Yes sir, our inverter ups is 1500w. It can power much more. Now to know hw long your loads can run, we need to know d exact power ratings of each load (just as there are diff types of TV, fridge & bulbs: all wt diff power ratings) & then d battery capacity u intend to use for your loads. Hope we are able to answer your questions. Pls do not hesitate to ask more questions or contact us for further enquiries.. |
