⚡A Gulfstream C-37B “RCH174” with the U.S. Air Force is currently preparing to land at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, Israel; this Aircraft is used for the Secure Transport of Senior Military Officials and occasionally White House Cabinet Members, so my guess it is likely carrying Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin who was set to arrive in Israel sometime today.
