Hehehehe, very unfair to even compare both, snapdragon 660 should be compared to the snapdragon 820, it will almost double the 626 in performance, meanwhile the 626 is not much different from the 625.

No, you'll have to buy 24 square meters of tiles. The extra 2sqm will take care of your offcuts and sketings.
NB: 24sqm of 60x60 is 16.6 cartons
24sqm of 40x40 is 12 cartons
