⚡The 🇮🇱 Israeli army announced that it would establish a closed military zone around the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, Hamas' militant wing Kataib Izz ad-Din al-Qassam reported that some 100 rockets were fired at Ashkelon in response to Israeli bombardment of Gaza. In the city itself, clashes between IDF soldiers and Palestinian militants are allegedly still taking place. Information about the storming of the city by elite Saraya al-Quds units has not been confirmed. In the area of Kibbutz Zikim, where the naval base is located, IDF commando rangers are attempting to land a marine landing. The Palestinians claim that the Israelis were ambushed and suffered casualties. |

⚡On October 5, the intercontinental ballistic missile RS-28 "Sarmat" (NATO name: SS-X-30 "Satan-II"  entered the active service of the 🇷🇺 Russian Army.The first missiles were delivered to the 1st Missile Regiment of the Russian Strategic Forces, and delivery of more of these systems is expected soon, which should replace the RS-24 "Jars", RT-2PM2 "Topol-M" and R-36M2 "Voevoda-M2". ⚡🇮🇱 Israeli media claim that Hamas leader Ayman Younis has been eliminated. The liquidation of Younis, according to Israel, allegedly occurred this morning as a result of an army attack. The body of the Hamas leader was allegedly found under the rubble of a building. Earlier, Israeli fighter jets struck the house of the head of the Hamas intelligence agency, the Israeli Defense Ministry said.

⚡The weapons that the West supplies to 🇺🇦 Ukraine appeared at the borders of Israel back in the summer. 🇮🇱 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated this in June of this year in an interview with The Jerusalem Post. According to him, any weapons systems transferred to the Kyiv authorities could end up in Iran and be used against Israel. At the same time, Netanyahu emphasized that this is not a theoretical possibility at all. “This has already happened with 🇺🇸 Western anti-tank weapons, which we now find at our borders ,” the prime minister noted several months before the Hamas invasion of his country.
