⚡Azerbaijan and Turkey to Conduct Joint Exercises Near Armenia's Borders Azerbaijan and Turkey are set to hold joint military exercises near the Armenian borders from October 23 to 26. Military personnel, equipment, and aircraft from both countries will be involved. The exercises are planned to be conducted in various directions and locations, including Baku, Nakhijevan, and in the territories of Artsakh that have been occupied by Azerbaijan. The exercises are named "Mustafa Kemal Atatürk-2023" in honor of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Turkish Republic. ⚡Norway will pay Ukrainian refugees €1.5 thousand each for return to Ukraine. This is what the Norwegian government's website says. However, the country's authorities will not help Ukrainians to leave the country. In order to receive the money, Ukrainians should confirm a valid residence permit in Norway or refugee status, as well as submit a notice of departure from the country. In case of return to Norway, Ukrainians will have to pay all or part of the financial support, according to the website. The amount depends on the number of days the person spent in Ukraine.
