These UAVs were conducting aerial reconnaissance near the Crimean peninsula. To prevent a potential breach of the Russian Federation's State border and counter the radio-technical reconnaissance activities of these UAVs, two Russian fighter jets were promptly dispatched by the on-duty air defense forces.
