⚡️Turkey's new interior minister visited the border wall between Turkey and 🇮🇷 Iran under construction in Van province.

Work on the construction of the wall on this section of the border began in 2015, with official 🇹🇷 Turkish authorities saying that construction will be completed by the end of 2023.

Ankara claims that it is building the wall as part of the fight against terrorism and the prevention of illegal entry of people.

Turkey is building a wall not only on the border with Iran, a wall with a length of 837 km has been built on the border with 🇸🇾 Syria.

⚡The 🇺🇦 Ukrainian government has reprimanded Kyiv's Vitali Klitschko following an audit of bomb shelters across the country.

The audit was launched after three people were killed when they couldn't access a Kyiv bomb shelter during a missile strike.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy has now dismissed the heads of two districts under the 🇺🇦 Kyiv military administration, and two acting heads of districts.

He earlier said the conclusion of the audit had been "disappointing" and had highlighted problems "almost all over the country".

Following the bomb shelter incident, Mr Klitschko said he bore some responsibility but that others were to blame - especially appointees of the president.

About an hour ago, the Ukrainian Air Force tried to strike again, but something went wrong.

The 🇬🇧 Storm Shadow missile suddenly changed trajectory dramatically, hitting Ukrainian-controlled Kramatorsk.

⚡🇧🇾 Alexander Lukashenko said Tuesday he had urged his ally President Vladimir Putin not to kill the head of the mercenary Wagner group, which last week attempted to topple 🇷🇺 Russia’s top brass.

“I said to Putin: we could waste (Prigozhin), no problem. If not on the first try, then on the second. I told him: don’t do this,” Lukashenko said during a meeting with security officials, according to state media.

In just one year, from May of last year, the 🇷🇺 Russian Federation paid the Wagner group for financial support to fighters and incentives more than 86 billion rubles (1 billion euros).
