This is a phone used in the USA for barely 4 months.
It just arrived yesterday locked on Verizon (it's cheap to unlock). I'm selling as it is cos I don't have the time to wait and get it unlocked. Phone has been upgraded to the latest iOS

It depends on the carrier, first find out the carrier that locked the phone before anything.

All verizon phones with 4G LTE are unlocked, they were authorize by US government to do so but you can pay anyone to do it for you.

Just like I said here before, Oyinbo people sef dey scam, don't ever trust a seller. Always confirm the status of a device before buying, ask all necessary info before sending link to Mikky. Also newbies should endeavor to always read the last 15-20 pages, if you don't understand, quote someone and ask.
