ur duties are to select @least just 4-5 awards in a day(startnf 4rm 2mao)...announce(declare) the awards...ask interested pcms who think they worth it to show interest as nominees... Arrange the nominees 4each award 4dat day...if they r much...the house ll screen out with ur help 2reduce contestants...

Once d desired no: of contestants are Ok by you...then the house starts voting by copying the committees...(E.g I vote Ayima- Macho man...cc: 2el,flex12, dubylhover,rmfunky,whizqueen)... Keep d records n unveil award winners @appropriate juncture
