I asked you a question but no answer.. Do you have a laptop yes or no... If your phone is rooted, you can remove it manually but if not have to flash Official stock Rom via SP Flash tool

I have flash away my official stock ROM dats y am having issues with my phone..e.g when I on my WiFi it shows d nvram bug also when I open one app on my fone.. It shows me I have used 58-61% of 2gb Ram with only just one app open
