From my analysis Nascon is looking good for N70-N80 but it seems as if they’re overstated their EPS in Q1

N’000 7,577,885 PAT, OS of 2,702,427,146 should give you N2.80

Do you still think it can do 70 - 80 based on the 2.80 Eps?

Donno what is happening with Transcorp. Even companies with bad results don behave like this

NASCON just dey do slow and steady. All these people just dey queue up everyday instead of make them clear up these small offers.

Bullish trend to continue as China US feud subsides. This good news is making oil to be more stable.

In terms of expected results, we should see a lot of good performance and we are picking some ideas from our Caucus message.

Chams performance has not been stable. Likely to have lost a major client, but recovered a little by the 4th QTR so we should not expect big change in previous year.

Transcorp March result will be lower than 2024 figure all things being equal.

So Abeg guys who gym or use it to add weight how una Dey cope what’s the alternative. Let’s help each others each share what you use that works as effective as the foreign powder O. Not lesser quality something

I'm not a gym person, but I do see videos of homemade protein powder on YouTube. U can try making your own. It should be cheaper

I’m not sure why people are offloading. As for me; I will continue to buy here. Their current production from what I’m hearing is now close to 70kbpd, with the acquisition involved. It’s my retirement stock

Directions to make the sauce

It's Garden egg sauce.

Direction
Boil the garden egg, you can add it when cooking yam. Then roughly blend the garden egg.
Blend pepper & Paprika

In a dry fry pan, add palm oil, onions. Fry for some minutes then add the pepper, salt & seasoning. After few minutes, add the garden egg, de-boned fish, ukpaka.

Cook for few more minutes and enjoy 😉
