Go and see how desolate the former glorious mansions of both Chief Morris Ibekwe (Okwelle Holdings) and Chief Victor Nnamdi Okafor, the Eze Ego (King of Money) are now. If they dash u d place u go even shout "God forbid" as u dey reject am.

Years back, wen i was a tenant to one former wealthy family. The man was so wealthy wen alive but after he died, the money was not handled so well.
There was one period one of the sons came back from Yankee and wanted to renovate the main mansion. He called a Painter to estimate the cost of buying paints to re-paint the building. After the estimate the son said instead of using such amount to repaint the house, he better use the money and start building another house.

So my dear all these are vanity upon vanity. It's good to have a luxury apartment if u can afford it, but build what ur generations to come can still keep afloat when u must have gone.

Ik Ogbonna, the media aide to the governorship aspirant on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Sen. Araraume, shared the photos online as he wrote;

Sen Ifeanyi Araraume bears the chieftaincy title of Ugwumba Okigwe bestowed on him by the traditional rulers of Okigwe Zone and christened his home in his village, Isiebu in Isiala Mbano, UGWUMBA VILLA.

A first time visitor to the village would be confused if they are still within Owerri municipality with the well connected tarred roads with drainage attracted by the Senator during his glorious sojourn in the Senate.

Coming into Ugwumba Villa proper, you are amazed again by the expansive compound, well lit, neat, aesthetically pleasing, organized and natural environment surrounded by trees and flower's giving an ambience of serenity.
