Good afternoon sir, You coming here trying to spoil my dignity isn't good at all. The border is closed, but not fully closed. It's just a ban to some other commodities into the country. Also note that i don't collect money from anyone before a transaction. They come see what they want to purchase, they inspect to satisfaction before payment, then the custom clearance commences afterwards. Some even come here with intents to just inspect and maybe buy in the future, so even if you want to come inspect a car, you're welcome. I have clients who had asked me about the border closure and i told them if they're in anyway doubting if there's a risk of impounding their car, they could wait for the border to be fully open by January 31st 2020.
