cost control is great on your project,only am wondering what quality control there is like. several things i have noticed going around town.

1. foundation without footings just the work base [blinding] which leads to eventual collapse and cracking of the wall.
2. quality of work done
3. quality f materials used.

so pls just check these and if you still have your cost reading what you say it is lets talk but i seriously doubt that it will come evn close to being sensible. but do call me if it check i can send plenty down your side

you just might have someone conjuring cement and material up for you but its not my place to question those things as long as they measure up
