Obi never promised to turn Anambra into Dubai or Taiwan. That was Soludo’s promise.

After governing Anambra State, Obi has never claimed that he built Anambra from from scratch or tamed the River Niger. He has simply said he did his best and left Anambra far better than he met it, and he has provided evidence to support that claim.

So, if Soludo is already preparing to blame a man who left office almost 13 years ago for his own catastrophic failure, perhaps we should remind him who made the Dubai and Taiwan promise in the first place.
