these Samsung phones: S20, s21, s22, s23, s24 has made me run from Samsung. I bought s21+, I didn't use it for up to a month B4 The screen suddenly went blank 2 days after I did OS update. I bought s23 that one self no last. The alternative is Google Pixel but their dual SIM version is very rare.

I had to go for a Motorola phone that have spec I like. I'm using it for the main time till I am able to find a Google Pixel 7/8 that uses dual SIM

You guy will go buy second hand Samsung phone which they might have replaced the screen with fake parts. I've used all Samsung flagship phones right from Galaxy Note Edge and I have ever experienced screen problem. I buy my phone brand name or from the US where I know all parts are genuine.

In this case wat do I do?.. Should I turn all account receivers off or leave things as I met them.

Then in the systems app.. Didn't find the Google framework stuff u were talking bout to unclick..?

Noticed u said nothing bout the greenify.. Please wats the essence of the greenify app in the whole tweaking equation?

Prior to tweaking my Google play services was on a 1 process to 4 services.. Now it's on a 1 process to 2 services..

You asked about Greenify function.
I used it to put some user apps to deep sleep so they don't keep waking up my phone. Do not greenify any app that uses notification e.g BBM, WhatsApp, Gmail. If you do you won't get notifications.

Most important use of greenify to me was to hibernate google play services like you see in the attached photo.
The circled part are Receivers that triggers a wake up when an app that needs google services is running and if you look closely you will notice greenify won't hibernate once the phone is running it only does when its idle.

You can try these things out and once you notice anything just degreenify it and it will be back to normal. By the way you said you still have 2 services running under google services after the tweak........greenify will help stop one and leave the other.

Please out of curiosity how will this tweak affect the general performance of the phone. Cos I keep wondering why manufacturers won't just set these phones to a greater battery life from factory.


Will some functions be affected or are there precautions to take?

By the way manufacturers are always learning from developers of these apps that way they are improving the performance of smartphones for example Android 6.0 Marshmallow is coming with a feature called DOZE which is like an inbuilt greenify app.
Puts your phone in deep sleep once it senses idle state.

Thats always my concern with Google service framework, if you don't know what you are doing, its easy to shutdown important alarms, my phone malfunctioned after I messed around with wakelocks and various alarms. I just use greenify and powernap for battery tweaks.. I know want headache..

Just for you to know. The tweak I have up there leaves your google service framework intact and fully functional it only prevents it from boot startup and unnecessary wakelocks.

For instance you open an app that needs google service framework that app will send a receiver that will wake it up and it will function fully rather than letting it run endlessly on background which drains battery.

This doesn't disable Google Services completely it only disables some wake locks that keeps your phone awake always for example the locationservice.

Once you power your HD game it will trigger a different receiver that will wake up your google services. Myandroidtools pro is a tool you can play around with if you get used to it as long as you don't turn off so many services at the same time that way you can tell which service to turn back on if you notice something funny.

As for the broadcast receiver account you mentioned you can turn off all and if you notice anything funny which I doubt, don't panic just go back and turn it on and it will be okay.

So after the tweak which 2 services do you have running on google play services?

As for the system tuner the Google framework is there just tap on the button I circled in the attached photo to switch between user apps and system apps.

Why not drop your whatsapp number and start whatsapp support group for those that are new to these type of tweak like myself. I know many people are willing to pay to have you do it for them personally.


Honestly if I can meet you I'm willing to pay cos I'm afraid of bricking cos I'm new to tweaking.

I posted what you needed but got banned for some reasons I don't understand. Still falsman.

Go and get a 4000mah or 5000mah battery or a good power bnk and save yourself from all these stress.

Not everyone have a phone with removable battery and power bank is a little bulky unless you have a handbag
