h-factor is beyond an accent issue o. Which is what they are addressing. Ofcourse Jeff may have an ibotic accent, but it would be a different discussion all together when he randomly mixes ‘r’ with ‘l’. Having accent isn’t a crime, I don’t see anything bad in it. Many English teachers in Nigeria cant even give 100% English phonetics and its quite understandable. But at least, one should be able to pronounce an “h” when there is one regardless of accent.
