Elo lied cos that wasn't the reason he put up Frodd. He's always disliked Frodd since his first day in that house. Everyone already knew he would put up Frodd and it wasn't a surprise when he did yet he lied to Esther that he put him up cos he will always be saved. Moreover, he didn't mention Frodd name when he was ranting about HMs with strong fan base to Tacha during one of his drunk mess.

I know people were angry about Esther's decision last night but I wasn't surprised. Elo already lied to Esther that Frodd is strong and will always be saved. She even probed him further about it and Elo affirmed that Frodd will always be saved.

She was bound to believe Elo who was coming from the outside world and since she's seen with her two eyes that Frodd has been saved multiple times whereas Diane has hardly been put up, she was bound to campaign for Diane. Last week, she campaigned for Frodd but this week, she did for Diane. She was only trying to strategise.
