A lot of them hold dual citizenship
These staff need education. If traveling locally they don’t need a Nigerian passport to fly. Any recognized country’s passport of drivers licence will do
Only during international flights or internal checks by immigration officials are they required to show both
Plus if you wish you can fly in with a Nigerian visa and don’t need to identity as a Nigerian

It is so ugly but Nigerians keep repeating it
The reason you see homes abroad and love them is because of the flowers, trees and grass in front of the houses
