Because it happens in federal and state universities is the reason every mushroom school shouldn't get approval until there are appropriate checks in place to prevent such.

If federal and state universities with the level of checks can do such freely, how much more private universities where there are none? These are naive children you're putting at the mercy of potential predators who have no one to check them asides the school admin who will always choose to cover it up to protect the school's image.

I have been to both, and I can tell you that I would prefer my kid to be in a private Uni.

Even though I hated it because of the lack of freedom, but looking back, it's worth it.

If this incident had happened in a Federal school, they may not even have seen it as much of a big deal.
