SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE WHO HAD NUMERICAL PROOFS:
1. The Master Jesus (Mark 1:33; 6:33; Luke 12:1)
2. John the Baptist (Matt. 3:1,5)
3. The Apostles (Acts 2:41; 4:4; 6:7; 13:44)
WHY THE MULTITUDES WILL GATHER:
1. Multitudes are in the valley of decision and they must be assisted to make the right decision (Joel 3:14)
2. Multitudes are designed to escape hell and make Heaven (Rev. 7:9-10)
3. The King is honoured by the assembly of multitudes (Prov. 14:28)
4. The Lord desires worship from multitudes on the earth (Isa. 43:21; Ps. 22:27-28)
5. The Lord desires for His people to fill the earth and dominate it for Him (Isa. 27:6; Josh. 18:1)
It takes multitudes to subdue territories
God values numbers, until a Book in the Bible was called ‘Numbers’
God desires that we subdue the land and dominate the earth
THE WAY TO THE MULTITUDES:
1. Avoid the ownership mentality (Matt. 16:18)
To mismanage the Church of Christ is injury against the Blood
God is only committed to the building of the Church that is His Own
2. Value people (Matt. 14:14; 9:36)
You will never find anyone who loves people that lacks people, be it in ministry or in any realm
Actions are products of attitude; motions are products of motive
Passion carries presence
3. Engage the enemy at the place of prayer (Matt. 16:18; 2Cor. 4:3-4; Matt. 12:29; Dan. 10:13)
If you don’t want to be resisted, you must resist the devil at the place of prayer
4. Give quality instruction of the Word (Luke 5:1,15; 1Kings 10:24)
Until what you are saying can attract people pressure, there will be no multitudes around you
The most authentic, lasting, time-tested, failsafe tool for Church growth is Word quality
Let the people come first to hear, and from the hearing, they will get the healing (Luke 5:15)
Preparation for the delivery of the Word to the congregation should be as intense as a woman going to give birth
If you are continuously chatting as you step onto the Altar to deliver the Word, then you are not sufficiently pregnant and without being sufficiently pregnant there can be no substantial delivery
The Word that should be ministered should contain Quality instruction, light and insight, word that is needed and it should be life applicable
The proof of good instruction is the release of well-defined responsibility
Preaching without responsibility is irresponsible delivery
5. Maintain Divine Presence (Ex. 13:21-22)
Anywhere the cloud is, the crowd must gather
6. Maintain the atmosphere of praise and worship (Jer. 30:19)
Anywhere the cloud is, the crowd must gather
7. Touch lives in practical ways (Acts 6:1-7)
As far as it is possible, let the Church meet the needs of the people
8. Deploy the saints into the work of Ministry (Eph. 4:11-12)
You are not meant to just be a Christian; you are saved to serve
9. Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit (Matt. 16:17-18)
Revelation from God leads to the construction of the Church

MESSAGE TOPIC: PROOF PRODUCERS – THE PRODUCTS

When you connect the power to be a producer of proofs, there are products/benefits that are seen in your life
PROOF PRODUCERS – THE PRODUCTS:
1. Generational news making (Acts 2:6a)
God is looking for people that will advertise the goodness and Almightiness of God
God is looking for Kingdom news makers
2. The pull of multitudes (Mark 1:33; 6:33; Luke 12:1)
The presence of God is magnetic in capacity
The Church of Jesus is designed by God to be the most crowd-pulling centre on the earth
3. Existence with Divine capacity (Acts 14:1-3,8-11; Ex. 7:1)
God is taking us to a place of ‘extranatural’, ‘supranormal’, and ‘abusual’ manifestations
4. Existence in terrifying authority (Acts 5:11-13; Deut. 28:10; Ex. 34:30; Gen. 35:5)
This is a realm where diabolic people and even governmental authorities are terrified of you
5. Territorial takeover (Acts 5:28; 8:5-8; 13:44)
God wants to give us proofs in every area/sphere we find ourselves
No matter how faithful a caretaker is, he is not the owner!
Whenever you need to see anybody, regarding anything pertaining to the Church, always go to the highest authority, not the subordinates of the authority because it takes authority to relate to authority!
It takes authority to relate with authority; who brings you determines how you are rated!
6. The turning of cities, nations and territories upside down/right side up (Acts 17:6)
Turning the world upside down refers to shaking territories
Turning things upside down refers to rewriting the rules positively; it means setting new order
Never give bribe on behalf of God
SECRET OF BEING A PROOF PRODUCER:
The rejection of the status quo
PRAYERS:
Father, dress me with a territorial takeover mantle. Make a spiritual entity that turns territories upside down for You
Father, the equipment needed to make me a territory taker, to turn my world upside down and to move as a terrifying entity, I make demands on that equipment, in Jesus’ Name
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
- You are going to make news for the Kingdom
- God is going to use you to do in His name what governments cannot do, what even occultic billionaires cannot do
- Those who pursued you before, after this conference, at the sound of your name they shall flee!

MESSAGE TOPIC: PROOF PRODUCERS – THE NECESSITY OF PROOF PRODUCTION

The major purpose of power is for the children of God to function as witnesses
WHO IS A WITNESS?
1. A witness is a testimony releaser
2. A witness is an evidence producer
Pentecostal Christianity is evidential Christianity
3. A witness is an argument terminator
The man with the evidence can never be at the mercy of the one with an argument
Every time you see a lawyer making a long presentation, he does not have evidence, but when
evidence is available arguments and presentations are short
4. A witness is an opinion changer
A witness is a verdict-decider; he contributes to the decision of the judge and jury
5. A witness is a soul saver (Prov. 14:25)
A whole community, generation and nation can be saved because of your proofs
THE NECESSITY OF PROOFS PRODUCTION:
1. The saturation of the earth with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea (Num. 14:21; Hab. 2:14)
We produce proofs to make God real on earth; we must become the visible representatives of the invisible God
2. The restoration of humanity to their Maker by the agency of power (Rom. 1:16; Ex. 4:8; Isa. 8:18; John 4:48; 1Kgs. 18:38-39)
The difference between a classroom teacher and a preacher is the potency of power
Every proof has a voice (Ex. 4:
3. The frustration of the activities of the enemy on the earth (Matt. 11:12; Acts 8:5; 16:16-19)
We need power to disciple and discipline territories
‘Simoney’ the attempt to buy the power of God with money
For as long as you allow the kingdom of darkness to operate around you, the Kingdom of God is losing
4. The demarcation of true manifestations from false manifestations (Acts 13:6,11-12; 1Kings 18:24; Ex. 8:18-19)
Every false prophet, teacher, pastor, apostle exists to resist genuine ministries
The agency of power can be used to demarcate between the false and genuine ministries
The demarcation can be done by manifesting in ways that false altars cannot match (1Kings 18:24)
Father, make me a sign that cannot be counteracted, counterfeited and ‘counter-copied’
5. The rescue of mankind from the multiplied adversities, afflictions and infirmities (Acts 10:38)
It takes power to unravel and dissolve the challenges of people
We need power for the discharge of our responsibilities
THE PATHWAY TO THE PROOFS:
1. Identify your promises and seasons from Scripture (1Chron. 12:32; Luke 4:17-20)
The fullness of ministry begins when you have opened the Book to where it is written concerning you
All eyes turn in your direction if you have known what is written about you
You begin to speak and people listen when you know what is written about you
It should be clear to you what is written about you and the season in which it is to be fulfilled (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4)
2. Be desperate in prayer (Acts 2:1-4; Eph. 6:18; 1Thess. 5:17; 1Cor. 14:18; Jam. 5:17; 1Kings 18:42; Ex. 32:32)
3. Be united in Spirit with the brethren (Acts 2:1)
The spirit of competition is the enemy of manifestation
The move of God can never be seen in the presence of strife
PRAYERS:
Father, thank You for Your Word to us today
Lord, may I not miss the season and miss what is written concerning me in Your Word in Jesus’ Name
Father, I make demands for the mantle of desperation in prayer in Jesus’ Name
Father, purify my motives; deliver me Lord from every struggle for show, in Jesus’ Name
Father, cleanse me from every trace of jealousy, competition, bitterness and everything that is
contrary to the full move of God, in Jesus’ Name
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
- Today marks the end of shame and reproach in life, destiny and ministry
- Receive a royalty mantle for ministry with dignity
- Receive the release of next level power
- Every claim of the enemy on your life, that has held you back from the way God wants you to move, that claim is breaking NOW!
- Every sickness you came here with is cursed!
- Grace to be everything God wants you to be is coming upon you NOW!

2. Understanding the necessity of existing as proof producers
We are not trying to be proofs producer to impress anybody, we are destined to be proofs producers by Divine design
Our destiny to be proofs producers is backed up by scriptural promises
SCRIPTURAL PROMISES BACKING OUR DESTINY TO BE PROOFS PRODUCERS:
1. GENESIS 1:27
God is the Supernatural God Whose natural climate is signs and wonders
God made us to be supernatural beings and our natural climate is signs and wonders
You are a supernatural being created after the order of a supernatural God designed to exist and to dwell in a supernatural climate
2. ISAIAH 8:18 - To be a child of God is to be naturally ordained for signs and wonders
3. OBADIAH 1:17,21
Zion is the birthplace of generational agents of Divine intervention
4. JOEL 2:1-8, 28-32
4a. The end-time is designed to be a time of the emergence of a fire generation of people whose
operation will be mysterious beyond comprehension
4b. The end-time is designed to be a time of the release of a prophetic generation of people
4c. The end-time is designed to be a season of an outpour of the Spirit with an escalation of wonders in the earth (Job 9:10)
When it is season, it is easy! – The end-time is season for signs, wonders and the supernatural
5. MARK 16:15-20
God has never invited anybody to work for Him without proofs
Your title is not your identity, your proofs are your identity (Mark 16:17-20)
Your proof is your tool – it is your instrument of work
6. JOHN 14:12
To be a disciple of Christ is to be a duplicator of the works of Christ
To fail to duplicate the works of Christ is to live below your privileges and possibilities
7. ROMANS 8:19
If you are a son of God, there is somebody waiting for you to manifest
Someone’s restoration is tied to your manifestation; if you don’t show up, somebody may die young!
God wants to advertise His products
We exist to advertise, manifest and show forth Jehovah to our generation (Rom. 1:4; John 1:12)
As it is natural for a lion to roar, and for the eagle to soar, it is natural for the son of God to carry power and to be identified with proofs
Whatever makes you ordinary is an abomination of sonship!
There is no demand where there has been no deposit; God will never demand for proofs of power if power has not been deposited
PRAYERS:
Father, You said the works that You do shall I do; I accept the responsibility Lord to be a proofs producer in my generation in Jesus’ Name.
Father, let Your deposits in me begin to come out of my life in Jesus’ Name
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
- Whatever cycle of negativity that has followed you to this place, by the Unction at work in this commission, it is over!
- You are returning back to your destination as proofs producers
- The government of your country and in your territory will soon be looking for you to fix complex situations

I have gotten d scanned offer letter oooo.....i had to send a reminder mail and i got d reply as d offer letter

Anyone with interview questions idea and anyone with idea on how much dia pay is?

It is obviously not for graduate trainee....i gez its for experiened hire. Only that it gives us graduate trainee hope that recruitment aint suspended. Moreso, ours was conducted by dragnet but he is speaking of deloitte.
