Olastep1: ehya. Mayb u shud go back there again and re-login using 'Internet Explorer'. Then u'l now save the admission letter as an attachment in the draft of ur mail box. This will prevent u 4rm exhausting d 5 times usage of d scratch card. U dont av 2 print there again. U can nw go n print directly from ur email anywhere u're sure their coloured printer is alright. Thats d method i used.
