Yes The ps4 pro is loud and there are 3 models of it ..I got the 7200 version is more quiet than 7000 and 7100.

Almost same problem (heat issue(thermal paste dry up.so I will say it depend on one usage ( usage history)and the location one place the console.
I used the ps4 base edition from 2015- 2020 I never experience heat problem and loud fan or any kind of problem till I sold it off but my friend that got the slim experience the heat issue on the slim.below is YouTube link tronicsfix

That's exactly my point, even the ps5 don't have enough games and other hidden issues we don't know yet cause e never really circulate and the price is really discouraging guys to buy

Anyone reading this and thinking, yup crazy for the PS5, note:

No 4K tv means you are playing same as a ps4 no difference.

The controller is good and all but not a reason to get a PS5..

Games are still same games you know ..

Two weeks of playing the PS5 and it becomes same thing your ps4 currently is for you ..

If you are a game freak and can afford it, go for a PS5 the load time is enough reason to, when the game supports it..

If you are waiting for another model or saving cash, wait , no reason for getting a PS5 now ...

All PS4 games have been been upscaled, that adaptive controller, fxcks up anything PS4 has to offer. The r2 and l2 na die.

In call of duty they move rapid like rifles, in horizon or red dead shooting arrows stiffens the l2 and r2.

Guy since I've played ps5 in SA January 27 till now I never touch PS4.

Let clear this pause and resume issue,there is difference when u are downloading a digital full game and when you are updating a game whether digital or cd game.
Downloading a digital full game it will show 2 boxes one is data to start application and the second is all data( you can either apply pause and resume option or don’t it won’t start from the beginning of download ,when the first box download finish it will install and show you can start the game but you won’t be able to play the full games until u download fully.
But when you are updating a game whether is cd or digital it will only show one box this one apply pause and resume or else nepa take light ..u go start from the beginning
