You can upload your pic on your profile by clicking on "Profile" "Forum Profile Information" and then you'd see summin 'bout uploading your pic and you click "Browse" and upload your pic from your documents or summin.

You can quote people by inserting their quotes into the posts you gonn' make, you do this by scrolling down to the bottom of the page you'd see the posts made by the person you wann' quote and you click on "Insert Quote" and it comes up and you go on and make your post.  I hope I've been of help
