PinkNature:
Good day

i’ve had these black dots scattered all over my body since 2019.

it all started when i left home for a new town and i quickly developed these breakouts which since then have refused to clear off. i haven’t taken any serious steps towards them, but rn its getting out of hand.

its also on my neck and on my back too.
ps: i take my hygiene very seriously, bath 2x a day and also change my sheets frequently.

i need help.
With discipline you can heal your body.

It is more internal than external. Your diet must be high in sugar, processed oil and starch.

Eat more vegetables.
Take fruits on an empty belly in the morning at least an hour before main meals..
Take more fish and eggs than meat.

Eat main meals between 12pm to 6 pm, and give a near 18 hour gap between the next main meals. This would enhance autophagy healing in your body. If you are hungry between that gap, strictly take fruits (liquid fruits) but at a significant duration of hours after a meal.

Dont forget to exercise to maintain your muscles.

These 1.7m barrels a day you have been ranting about, do you know what it means? You nairalanders will be vibrating, arguing about things you barely understand. What you should be talking about is oil reserves and not daily oil production. Who asked you not to improve your daily production. Is it 1.+ mbpd that stopped you from having functioning refineries until Dangote, a cement and sugar producer built working refineries? Is it because of 1.7mbpd that your fellow citizens are trying to destroy the functioning refinery that a private individual built to save the country from importing refined products which your country can produce? Anyway, give me three third world countries that attained fist world status courtesy of western styled democracy.
There's no country that develops quickly on a Western-style democracy system. The system is anti-unity in the first place.
The problem in Nigeria is that the tribes, especially major tribes, are competing against each other, and this competition was reinforced during colonisation and still today.
This competition is done irrespective of the fact that the tribes share the same ancestral ties, even with unique language, diet, religion, attire etc.

Fact is Unity and Civilization goes hand in hand.

Tech is the big thing for now. But Agriculture will always be the goated boss.
Christianity Etc › Re: Where Everybody That Dies Truly Goes To After Death? by Zacka12:
What is thought by the ancients is that;

In this current paradigm, your consciousness breaks down into a subtle form and transfers from this material layer into the ether (immaterial layer) of the universe. Then that subtle consciousness is captured, reassembled and stored in the mind of the Eternal ones (Eternal Living Most High Ancestors in the Universe). This means no consciousness is truly lost.

In some African societies, they teach your consciousness doesn't dissipate but goes through a storage and recycling process. Storage in the ancestral world, and recycling back into new bodies. That which they call reincarnation through descendants.
As long as human life continues on earth, no consciousness that has ever existed gets lost because ancestors live on in the body and minds of "random" descendants.
It is said that some native doctors are able to reconnect with dead people's consciousness and access hidden information that can only be known by those who knew the person directly when they were alive.
