Job Description Slash Pay Limited is an Ecommerce / Logistics Company. We are looking for a competent Inventory Staff to Manage, Record and report on the company’s Vendors Products / Inventory. Your job is Effective management of Vendors products inventory. The purpose of this position is to Record, Upload and Manage all Our Vendors Products and to ensure that optimum levels of inventory is maintained at par with quality standards. He/she is also responsible for keeping a track of the inventory records and making sure that it is accurate. Required Inventory Staff should be reliable professional with excellent record-keeping and Design Abilities Duties and Responsibilities 1. The inventory staff is responsible for Recording and Managing of Vendors Product on our Platform 2. He/she is also involved in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records and is accountable for checking Vendors Product in Stock 3. He/she is responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, change in price etc., 4. He/she takes record of all Vendors product 5. To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system 6. To undertake the function of Products taking and confirm the periodic stock of Vendors on a regular basis by working closely with the designated Marketers 7. To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking 8. To Work with graphical tools to Have a professional looks of Vendors Product Minimum Job Requirements • Minimum of SSCE • Experience in Retail / Inventory Management and Graphic Design Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Ability to record, stock, and Manage Inventory • Knowledge on Graphic Design. • Ability to analyze and solve problems. • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork. • Paying close attention to detail. • Capable of using computer inventory software. • Exhibits ability to read and interpret inventory reports, sales reports, and packing slips. • Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Manages time efficiently. • Communicates clearly and effectively. • Demonstrates professional and polite demeanor with Vendors. Distinguishing Characteristics Position requires: a) Taking Record and Inventory of all Vendors; b) Managing Vendors Product c) Professionally Editing Product Images; d) Inspects Vendors Market for accuracy and completeness, and resolves inconsistencies; and e) Performs routine of all Inventory Staff Duties. Work Schedule The work schedule of this professional is ever changing depending on the work assigned. He/she may need to gol to the Vendors' locations. Thus, he/she must be ready to work in a flexible work environment. Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm Salary Details The average salary package offered for this professional is in the range of N40,000. However, this is only a general range provided by one of the job portals and may vary depending on the individual's skills, knowledge and experience.
