KarlTom: On the SUGAR - RICE - NASCON merger talks
“The merger between SUGAR and RICE and NASCON is currently on hold. More importantly because a few things need to be done by SUGAR and also RICE. So, we are waiting for when we think is the right moment to consummate the merger… but discussions are still on and when… and as we progress, we will definitely inform the shareholders and the public”

yok: MARKET UPDATE 28 April- NIGERIA MARKET UPDATE WITH SOME GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE Oil is stabilising so we believe the market should still be in uptrend. On the earnings some are really good and we should see one of the expected good ones in the finance sector and MTNN expected turn around result should be out any moment from now.
Our forecast list has be updated with the likes of WEMA bank among others (this is where we knew TRANSCORP, any likely OANDO will have poor result for March) and is for our Caucus members
For last week, the Consumer index was top and Insurance coming second.
Let us have a nice week. Consumers good index on fire |

GeneralDae: No. Ours was because we had just around $4 Billion in net external reserves at the end of 2023. Even if CBN wanted to defend the currency as at early 2024, they had little to nothing to defend it with and could only cry and blame Binance then because traders saw the CBN wasn’t pumping in dollars and they took advantage of it taking it to 1600/1900 levels as at Feb 2024.
China has more production and exports than any other country on earth and as a result they have the biggest foreign currency reserves in the world ( their USD reserves is over $3 trillion). They make trade surpluses in trillions of dollars which even U.S doesn’t make.
That means Chinese currency should be the strongest in the world but the Chinese Government deliberately devalues it in order for their exports to remain cheap. Spot on !!!!! |

Ades1: Exactly! Everyone who is egging China on does not really understand or is ok with all the cheating and stealing done by the CCP.
Just because stealing and cheating has been normalized in Nigeria does not make it ok. Let them keep devaluing their money, it is only a matter of time before the poor Chinese people revolt. Why are you bothered about the poor Chinese people? |

Picky1: One wonders why nnpc and the authorities don't want to seriously support DR to the max! Imagine how many people in the population that are directly/indirectly engaged economically and pay taxes as well!! In other climes protection is the name of the game!!! Naija wahala too many. Trust me ,all these back and forth na because them no allow ALH to game the system. typically when you import something with dollar ,you sell it to the local market in naira and still make your profit. Chinedu import computer in dollars ,will you now say chinedu should sell his computers to local users in dollar ? Baba is doing all these because he's becoming too big for the goverment to manage and that along na risk to the country. |

The ingrets here want to spoil show for people but because of the good ones,we move Bros, Nobody is suggesting that you shouldn’t share your thoughts or provide tips on stocks you believe are undervalued. However, when you aggressively promote a penny stock with low liquidity, it can raise suspicions. People may sense a sinister motive behind it or assume you’re acting out of self-interest. You can take a cue from Current Price. |

yMcy56: Now @19 in market. ACCESS how far?
When FIDELITY was identified to trail ACCESS behind and will touch 20/22, some were quick to say dem no be mate..... Truly they're not mates but Fidelity is doing well in market not-withstanding.....
ACCESS time will come however. Hopefully they won't delay their journey much more with their peanut dividends..... They've used all their funds on acquiring assets. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up declaring just N1 as dividend |
