As a man, do what you have to do, do not be emotionally invested in a woman who can leave anytime... As a man, spread your seeds as far as possible. You're not meant to be dominated by one woman. Na wetin God talk say make we dey do? Do to others how you would want for yourself |

The regrets will be on the west cos tee economy in the west especially Lagos will seriously be affected and by the, the igbos would have started understanding the importance of developing their region and there will be no going back by then. Rents and other things that traffic help go high will drop.many things will change if that can happen |

Ttalk: Now Lagos state is beginning to take control of its affairs.
The next is to rename some market that their name has no link to the people of Lagos state.
It is high time Alaba market is changed to reflect the history of the people of Ojo. There nothing in Yoruba and Awori dialect that bears Alaba. 80% of the new names are not lagosians. Don't go that lane. Inferiority complex is the only thing at play |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: No Job, No Marriage And No Child At 40. What Next? by zinowealth: 4:28pm On Jul 21, 2025 |
1Alex: he should have ZeroWorries as your moniker suggests.
Then on a serious note, Life is just like a football match.
In the first half, both teams come into the game with a game plan they’ve practice: formations, strategies, key players. They play with the strength of their preparation, trying to dominate, score goals, and control the match.
But at halftime, regardless of whether they are leading, trailing, or it's a draw, both teams return to the dressing room. That’s where reflection happens. Coaches analyze the first half; what worked, what didn’t, who underperformed, where the opponents exploited their weaknesses. They restrategize. Sometimes a losing team comes out in the second half with fresh fire and completely turns the game around.
That’s exactly how life is at 40.
Your first half (youth) may not have gone according to plan; mistakes, failures, missed opportunities. but halftime (age 40) is a gift to pause, reflect, and rework your strategy. It’s not the end of the game. In fact, many great goals are scored in the second half. Champions are often made after halftime adjustments.
At 40, a man should not sit back in regret. Instead, he should see it as the second half of his life’s game; time to replan, reinvent, and relaunch. The match is far from over. Many people didn’t even score in the first half but came out blazing in the second.
Hope is not lost. The final whistle is not yet blown. There’s still time to turn the game of life around.
Just like football, it’s the full 90 minutes (and sometimes extra time) that decides the winner, not just the first half. Anyone advising someone loosing hope at 40 should also drop some into his her OPAY |

Politics › Re: Obi: I Remain In LP, ADC Coalition Is For 2027 Elections by zinowealth: 8:23pm On Jul 13, 2025 |
richmond500: Obi is not working for Tinubu, but Tinubu controls the Obidients in the shadow and Obidients controls Obi. Obi can't afford to offend Obidients.
With all the reforms( Tax reform, FX unification, LGA autonomy, etc) that Tinubu has done which on the surface looks like it was for Nigerians wellbeing, but when you look at it, all the reforms is geared towards putting more money and power and the centre. At the end of the day Tinubu owns the political chessboard and they are playing on Tinubus turf not on a neutral ground.
The only piece left is to dismantle the coalition. Tinubu, A political genius. You not making sense. To me, the only power tinubu has is having inec and the senate in his pocket. Once those two let's of everything will crash like a pack of cards. Watch how he doubles the senate's income cos they have threatened to change the style inec head is picked. Tinubu is half smart cos Nigerians are atupid |

FreeStuffsNG: Regulation of Pharmacy practice is strictly on the exclusive list. This is illegal and unnecessary and may be in conflict with existing laws.
The governor should work with PCN, PSN, NAIP and NAFDAC before he creates another unofficial layer to give political cover for illegitimate players.
Pharmacy practice is under the purview of PCN, PSN and NAFDAC and only Pharmacists are licensed to practice Pharmacy to protect and safeguard the Nigerian public.
It's not car parts or commodity selling. It's even inappropriate to put commodity and Pharmaceutical products together. This is not trading business but professional practice that requires expert knowledge of Pharmacists. insightful. The gov may have done this without proper advise but with good Intention |
