hello i don't know who is the thief here, i bought a domain from a website www.nairahost.com using my ATM card, and the domain was suppose to be N1100 and after all that, i payed the sum and only for me to confirm my account statement, i realized that N2000 was fapped away instead of the above sum N1100.
now the bank that collects the money unbehalf of this website is GTB PLC, you could say N900 ? well N900 can affect your business real time, this not the first time such thing his happening, some folks complains same thing, so who stole my N900 balance anybody with similar experience

It appears to be a bug with the Interswith API. You should get in touch with nairahost and iron things out. They are probably the beneficiary of the error.

hey,  abhost i hope they resolve the issue,  i just called interswitch and i spoke with a lady,  and i was so scared to let my ATM number out,  because they asked for it, in other for them to rectify the problem,  and i don't think i'm in the position to pay for any transaction made on online using my ATM card,

The CEO of nairahost said,  he didn't  see any of my money,  i asked him 2wise,  before i start complaining. he also said  similar issues has been occurring  so i decided to contact inter switch.

Have you resolved the issue with Interswitch?  Is it possible that Nairahost charged you an additional fee?

This is an issue that was addressed by me personally, the same day of the transaction. We were credited exactly what we charged, nothing more, I made that clear to him, I find it quiet amazing that after I told him to contact his bank, he came here to start a thread on the issue.

Interswitch is appearing to be an epitome of incompetency. Is this what they reward their merchants with, after they have shelled out a ridiculously inflated fee for this facility? Is this not going to cause many consumers to shun this webpay facility?

To be fair to the hosting company, I think you should remove their name and URL from your post. This imbroglio is no fault of theirs.

have u heard about hidden fees . may be this is what u have 2 check out . i have had similar experience but with a different company (globat.com) an excess of $30 was deducted fom my credit card. i alerted them when i checked my balance and the fault was traced. i just registered a domain name of about $4 though. d money was deducted cos from the form on their site, hosting was attached to it which cannot be modified. but they refuned back the excess
