One would wonder if there's some good to lie in some situations, there are cases where you'd lie to turn bad situations to good, cases where you lie to save lives, In the Bible, there were two notable instances

In
[Exodus 1:15-21] The midwives lied to Pharaoh to save the lives of many Hebrew babies

In

[Joshua 2:5] Rahab's lie to save the Israeli spies


So that begs the question, is it ever right to lie?

As far as Jesus didn't lie, there is no reason to lie
