Since you have a phone and data. Go to YouTube and search for power BI basics.

You'll have a handful of beginners videos to choose from.

If you already have knowledge of excel, it shouldn't be too complex for you to learn.

Power BI is not difficult to learn. You can start with YouTube videos. If you want to understand DAX the pragmatic works channel, power query is straight forward, for data governance Solutions abroad channel is good then to create beautiful visuals follow ' how to power bi' channel.
After that you can consider sitting for the PL-300 Microsoft certification. If you learn data modelling and power query well in power bi you wouldn't struggle with knowing how to use joins in SQL
