Happy Independence Celebration ooh. I am actually trying to see if I can find anyone around here who applied at South Africa Embassy - in Abuja recently and got his Visa within 5days. It's for a friend who wants to apply for Visiting/Tourist Visa in S.A Embassy. But needs to know if Abuja processes faster than Lagos High Commission. I applied early August this year and it took 3weeks to issue me S.A Visa. Your response is highly needed, if you have any useful information. Thank you

Yes. I submitted my application on Friday 16/9 and collected the visa wednesday 21/9. That is 4 working days both days inclusive. But note that visitors visa application is submitted at VFS office at asokoro not the embassy itself. You will also collect the result from there. You have no direct dealings with the embassy whatsoever.

I must say that the VFS gives first class service in their abuja office. Not even Aso villa gives that kind of service and comfort to nigerians.

Now i want to get back the fee, is it possible without the appearance of the artist at the embassy, as he is still very sick at the moment, The money could help now on hospital bills.
