To be honest, these people didn't plan. Even when things were good, I doubt you could pay your fees on your own working on a student job without a dependent without breaking some rules.

You should also know and understand that not everyone is going to the UK to work so that they can pay their Tuition balance.

Some already have the full tuition and upkeep.
