NO POLICEMAN will ask for a medical report that accompanies a tint permit because the tint is not always issued on medical grounds. Some cars came with factory-fitted tint.

I did 3 tint permits from 2009 to date and the only thing asked is my vehicle insurance and physical biometrics at the police headquarters SIIB unit in Jos, Plateau state. In fact none of the 3 cars I had was ever inspected.

Nobody is allowed to use dis nylon tints again on any vehicle that didn't come tint from factory because of the abuse of that by persons with criminal tendencies. Police personnel on patrol or check points are mandated to tear it off and let the driver go if it is a first offender...if not a first offender,vehicle should be recover to the base to ascertain why the person should re-tint after first reprimand. Getting a medical report with fictious eye or skin conditions in order to procure an after market tint had been banned over 3 years back!
