Am not sure that Mane hat trick can be broken for a long time |
Re: Ten Premier League Records That Might Never Be Broken by MightyHand(m): 9:37am On May 05 |
Fuckingmallam45: You can argue that at Wikipedia. The 1992 you mentioned was one of the famous and iconic team in history on United, thus that can be achieved the same season he came as manager. Sir Alex has been through, before 92. Ok!

Most of the records can still be broken while some may be hard to be broken since football play is still evolving and is getting harder and harder. 1. Like Sadio Mane 2 minutes, 56 seconds hat trick can still be broken by a ruthless team and a striker. 2. The Arsene Wenger 21 years, 224 days managerial spell will be hard to break in this goal/trophy getter era. Except the owner of the club want to make himself the club manager for life as to break this record. 3. Sadio Mane consecutive games scoring against same team. This is easy to break, which I know one day it will be broken. 4. 15 goals conceded in a season by Chelsea. Still possible to be broken by a ruthless defensive team. 5. 75 points garnered in a season to win the league by ManU. This one will be hard to break. 75 is too small to win a league except is a fewer horse race and not this 20 clubs again. May be less than 10. 6. Smallest winning margin of 0 point and 8 goal difference. Still possible to be broken in a tight race in the future. 7. 11 points garnered in a season by Derby County. This one is possible and may not be possible depending on the club investment to improve on quality of player use in that season. 8. Most consecutive games undefeated, 49 games by Arsenal. It will take a miracle for this to be broken because of the football competitiveness nowadays. 9. Unbeaten run of 86 games by Chelsea. Chelsea have run away with this. It won't be broken. 86 is not 49. Almost doubly. 10. 1,113 minutes run without goal conceded by Edwin Vandersar. A more defensive club may help the goalkeeper to break this but it will be very hard. |

EVERY record will be broken, it's only a matter of time. The records that's are being set today were deemed impossible decades ago. That's why the best use of ones life is to serve God and help others. Awards, money, achievements will fade away. Gen Zs have never heard of Abiola and in 30 years time Dangote will be forgotten. Do good while you can. |

Monumental records indeed. Highly unlikely they are replicated this modern season. |

OP...this Mane own, I don't understand it... Ok let's assume when he scored the first goal....how many seconds will it take one player to carry the ball from the net up to the center of the field and how many seconds will it take the referee to blow the whistle for a re-start And didn't the opponent hold the ball for some minutes as well before the ball was collected from them And this happened 3 good times withing 2 minutes 56 seconds.....no nah O.P , pls check well , may have you meant 7minutes 56 seconds |

Kizzygentle: That was even better. Same Liverpool finished with 97 points in 2018/2019, yet Guardiola's Man City prevented them from winning the league also by finishing with 98 points. It's really crazy. It had to take Liverpool 99 points in 2019/2020 to finally win their first league in the Premier league era. |

DataDoc: I doubt if any Manager would want to stay for that long in a club. He might likely look out for another challenge. Besides, only a top 4 finish in over 20 years without any trophy especially the EPL won't be enough for him. 1 Like 1 Share |

Number 2 is wrong. Sir Alex Ferguson has the record for the longest Years spent as a manager in premier league. From 1986 to 2013. That's 27yrs |
Re: Ten Premier League Records That Might Never Be Broken by Classickj(m): 5:36pm On May 05 |
NAC1666:Fergie 1986 to 2013 Wenger 1996 to 2018 do the math.. the only reason Wenger is no 1 is becos They started counting from 1992 |
Re: Ten Premier League Records That Might Never Be Broken by Classickj(m): 5:37pm On May 05 |
MySolace:Fergie spent 27 years at Utd |
Re: Ten Premier League Records That Might Never Be Broken by MySolace: 5:45pm On May 05 |
Classickj:No doubt... But under premier league, he spent 21yrs. 1992 - 2013 |
