I would advise u appeal it on a compassionate ground.
Explain to the visa officer how extremely important to travel with your baby based on the age and the motherly care needed.

You can only ask for reconsideration of the visa application because it is a visit visa, not an emergency. IRCC can approve or reject your request because it is not a resident visa or a failed asylum claim, so an appeal on compassionate grounds does not apply to this case!

bri pls hw do i go abt it now? Pls send me your WhatsApp number, let me if I can do it by myself, my pple wnt me to use another agent now bt the issues is that I don't have enough money to fund my bank for good bank statement, pls can we talk on WhatsApp and this new agent i met is saying that i will go for another biometrics

Don't even think of applying again for now. Your priority now is to get the GCMS note. With this you will be able to know the documents your agent submitted on your behalf and the things the Visa Officer wrote down when he/she was considering your application. Armed with this information you will be better prepared to put up a strong application.

Ok, noted.

Thanks.

Seem you have money to waste.

If you have a genuine reason for traveling, I can guide you.

I am not disputing that, but some of the so-called immigration lawyers are out there just to scam innocent people who are eagerly looking for work permits.

Some of them are charging over $25k, and they don't even have any legitimate LMIA job offers.

My friend makes sure you're in the right hands and thinks twice before you do it.

he's already working in a health care company and he didn't pay more than 5k$,

Some of you here like discouraging people

Another big issue is that there is no way to confirm if the LMIA is real or fake until you apply for a work permit. If it's fake, you get a ban, and it's also a closed work permit. Some people will get the work permit after payment to agent only to discover there is no real job available. Then, the Canada Revenue Service will come knocking at your door to pay taxes based on the work permit you got, but there's no real job. Shine ur face well!

What are you saying? Are you in Canada, you talk as if you know everything going on in Canada.

this is the refusal letter

This is the main reason why 90% of visitors visas are denied, but there's a way around it

I want to assure you that I am providing 100% accurate information, whether you choose to believe it or not, that does not alter the facts. I have lived long enough in Canada to see many situation, and the idea that your friend paid $5,000 for a job seems suspicious. It is not customary to pay for job in Canada, and with the current demand for Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), if someone tells you they are being sold for $5,000, then that smaller price alone is a bigger red flag but under normal situation You should not need to pay anyone for a job, and it's important that we convey the truth to our community. Some nigerians will arrive in Canada on visit visa and claim asylum to receive a work permit, but then falsely tell their friends back home that they changed their status to a work permit. Unfortunately, 98% of nigerian who come to Canada on visit visa hoping to obtain an LMIA and switch to a work permit either get scammed or end up claiming asylum ..with the current job situation in canada if any company throw advert for 20 health care job ,l can assure you that they will see over 100 applicant with full work permit tomorrow at their office doorstep so i leave the gambling to you to accept the fact or see it as discouragement on your lmia chase as others do and later get stranded on the asylum route.

Hi everyone, I need your suggestions and experienced advise based on the profie of me and my wife below.
i am a Canadian citizen currently living in Nigeria for more than 1 year, I got married to my wife some months ago. My wife is a postgraduate student in one of the federal universities in Nigeria.

We know about the sponsorship process but we do not want sponsorship for now as I am currently still here in NIgeria attending to some personal issues.

My wifes birthday is coming up in a few months time and I am planning a month getaway to Canada for the 2 of us so basically whats the suggestion in how to go about applyiing for a visit visa for my wife.

I am worried that the stundentship will not be enough a proof that she has ties to NIgeria, on the flip side since she is eligible to apply for PR in the future, I am wondering if I add a note that we are aware that abusing the visitor visa if granted will affect her chances at PR in future so we wouldnt be abusing it.

i am her sponsor and have a balance of over 50,000cad in cash to show as proof of funds.

YOur advise is very much appreciated all.

This is reason many of our people are stranded on this japa mentality because they refuse to follow logical reasoning but rather unnecessary sentiment and religion mindset .many on this forum landed in Canada last year with mindset of lmia and got stranded but here you are again with your dark mind thinking it possible to arrive Canada and get lmia...you will learn the hard way !

Please if you want to sell ur house, land and cars before you go on ur lmia chase ...l dey buy becos na japa people property easy to buy now it a good business now. in town!

When the majority stumble, the path must be questioned, and widespread failure calls for a change in direction." That's my word of wisdom to you on your LMIA mission. No need for argument. Good luck!

Received rejection letter today, applied Nov 8th, 2023, TRV biometrics done on Nov 17th, file was later updated to the date the spousal sponsorship biometrics was done which was Dec 18th, 2023. Reason for denial stated below:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in
your country of residence
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by EdoPresido: 12:36am On May 18
You don't need to fill consent form if you are requesting GCMS note for yourself.

Point out in my post where I discouraged you. I said make sure you’re in the right hands.

Also, since you’re very sure that the information your friend gave you is legit, then, why were you seeking other people’s opinions.

Yes you are right. Lmia job offer for $5000 is really a red flag. The one I know and is genuine is an lmia in construction and is $20k but you will pay half of it then when everything is out. The salary is $30 per hour and the job is in BC.
