How To Share Your Data On Airtel, Mtn, Glo And 9mobile by Yinkfoldgist: 11:39am On Sep 27, 2019
A lot of people have been asking me if there is a method that they can data to their loved ones. I’m happy to announce to you that you can now share your data bundle.

Today I will be sharing you a method of how to share your data on Glo, Airtel, 9mobile and MTN network.

Just a few days ago, MTN re-added data gifting feature to their data service catalog. This means that all MTN subscribers can now share data to their friend, family, or loved ones.

In this article, I will highlight all the available code to transfer or share data on Glo, Airtel, 9mobile, and MTN. Without wasting time, follow me along.
How To Share Data On Airtel Nigeria

Data sharing using Airtel smart service is effortless and straightforward. You can transfer data in Megabytes or Gigabytes using a simple USSD code.

The Airtel Smart-Share service consists of a bouquet of offerings that allows internet data bundles to be used by more than one customer in any of the following ways:

Me2U: Sharing data from your currently active data balance

Gifting: Buying data for a friend

Dial *141# > Select 5 for Data gifting and sharing > Select Data Gifting or Data Me2U to continue.

Note: Default PIN is 1234
How To Share Data On MTN Nigeria

MTN Nigeria discontinued Data Gifting for a very long time due to reasons best known to them. Ever since then, only MTN SME users have the right to share data from their data wallet to their customers or friends.

I’m excited to share the good news with you all, and the good news is that you can now share your data with friends and family on the MTN network

> Simply dial *123*3#, then reply with 7.

> You’ll get a list of options to choose from. You can transfer data from your data balance, buy for a friend, or even request data from a friend.

> Kindly select the option you wish to go for.

> Enter the friend’s MTN number

> Then choose the amount of data you would like to share with the friend. That’s all

You can only share data two times daily. So the maximum data you can share per day is 200MB (which is too small in my own opinion).

How To Share Data On Glo

Glo remains the Grandmaster of data of all time. And most people can’t exhaust their data bundle before it expires. So here’s how to share your data on Glo with your friend or family.

> To share data, dial *127*01*friend GLO number#

> To stop sharing the data, kindly dial *127*02*friend GLO number#

E.g., To share: dial *127*01*08044444444#

To stop sharing: dial *127*02*0804444444#
How To Share Data On 9mobile

To share data on 9mobile is very simple via USSD code. Dial *229*PIN*Data*Friend 9mobile Number#.

E.g., To share 20MB of data, dial *229*1234*20*08090000001#

To change data transfer default Pin (0000), kindly dial *247*Old PIN*New PIN#.
